Assemblymember Mike A. Gipson, author of AB 835 relating to vehicular manslaughter, provides opening comments.

With Governor Brown's signature, AB 835 will now ensure those who commit vehicular homicide and flee the scene of the incident are held accountable for their crime by tolling the statute of limitations to 6 years.
