Daily Breeze Recognition - Assembly Floor

Assembly members Mike Gipson, David Hadley, and Autumn Burke present a Member's resolution to Frank Surachi, City Editor of the Daily Breeze newspaper in Torrance, CA. Mr. Surachi and reporters Robert Kuznia and Rebecca Kimitch won the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting "for their inquiry into widespread corruption in a small cash-strapped school district including impressive use of the paper's website".
